Farfesha.com's Return Policy:

I want you to be totally happy and satisfied with any and all of your purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied I will happily exchange your purchase, or refund your money!

By following the below steps you will insure prompt attention.

1. Please email me for authorization prior to shipment to insure proper handling of your return.

2. All returns are permitted within 10 days from the date of receipt of merchandise. Returned merchandise will be accepted by me only if all conditions A, B, C and D below are met. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

3. To discourage the copying of original work, I cannot accept returns or exchanges on videos, cassettes or CD's. Of course I will happily make exceptions when the product is defective.

A) All returns must include original box, and original packaging (foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.) all instruction booklets and paperwork.

B) All returned merchandise must be in its original mint and clean condition. Returns on damaged merchandise will not be accepted.

C) All returns must include any and all of the accessories which come with the item.

D) All returns must be authorized by myself. michelle@farfesha.com

Please enclose a brief letter of explanation with the returned item and state your request for either a refund or exchange.
