Ordering:

. How do I order?

Shopping at Farfesha Belly Dance is an easy 3-step process:

1- Choose the product (s) you would like to purchase and add them to your shopping cart.

2- When you are finished shopping, click on CHECKOUT. Enter your information and shipping address.

3- Pay with your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diners Club and JCB and derivatives of those brands are accepted) Complete your checkout and we will process your order.

. How do you process your orders?

Goods and services are provided by Farfesha Belly Dance and are processed through 2CheckOut.com Inc. ( Ohio , USA )

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diners Club and JCB and derivatives of those brands.

2CheckOut, as our authorized online credit card processing service, takes your online orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year; securely and accurately.

When your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation, including all details of your order and the order number for future reference.

We will then fill and ship your order immediately.

Payment:

. Is it safe to use my credit card for online purchases?

Yes.

2CheckOut is the authorized online credit card processer for our products. You will be asked to supply various personal data when placing an order, such as name, address, phone number, e-mail address and credit-card information.

Rest assured that shopping at Farfesha Belly Dance is safe!

When making your online purchase, you are protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. The highest level of security available. You can safely enter your credit card number via 2CheckOut's secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

When shopping with any company online always look for the "https:" in your browser's address bar at the moment you submit your credit card number. The "https" signifys that the company you are dealing with is secure and safe.

. Can I pay by money order?

Yes.

. Can I pay using a personal check?

Of course...

Select the items you want and e-mail us so we can send you back the total amount of your order (including shipping costs). Send us your personal check along with an order form.

. Can I send Cash?

No.

Its never a good idea to send cash for online purchases.

Always use a credit card along with a secure credit card processing service or a money order for the exact amount.

. Do you accept Paypal?

Yes.

Send me an email with what you would like to purchase. I will send you a return email with the total price (including shipping). You can then use paypal to send your payment in. Contact me if you have any problems.

. Do you accept international orders?

Yes.

Shipping will be determined by Weight and Country at time of shipment. All international orders are payable in US Funds. We accept only International Money Orders from your Post Office.

Shipping:

. How do you ship?

We can ship your order to any destination worldwide. We use USPS Priority Mail (United States Postal Service) for our standard merchandise shipping.

If you have special service requirements or need your purchase sent overnight, please email me.

. What about shipping costs?

Shipping costs are determined by item .To view the shipping cost of any item, add it to your shopping cart, or read our estimated shipping costs on the order form located on the "Bazaar" page.

We charge no handling fees at Farfesha Belly Dance. We add only the cost of postage which is determined by USPS.

. What if I need special shipping?

We can ship your order to any destination worldwide. We normally use USPS Priority Mail (United States Postal Service) for our standard merchandise shipping.

If you have special service requirements, need a particular carrier, or want your purchase sent overnight, please email me.

. How long will it take for my delivery?

We process your order within 24 hours of receipt or less. We ship USPS Priority Mail. Delivery is usually 3 to 4 days after processing.

If you need it quicker, email us and we can send your purchase overnight express.

Returns:

. What if I want to return something?

We at Farfesha Belly Dance want you to be totally happy and satisfied with any and all of your purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied I will happily exchange your purchase, or refund your money.

Size/Color/Custom Orders:

. I am not sure about my size can you help me?

Yes.

You'd be surprised how much leeway there is in almost all of the costume items in our bazaar. The bra and belt sets can be taken in by up to 4 inches in the bra and 8 inches in the belts, because of the style of their construction (please refer to my article on tailoring a costume). The velvet and lycra cholis have so much give, I've only broken them into two sizes. And the gathered tiered skirts (silk, satin, and poly-cotton) have so much fabric in them, they can accommodate almost any size, as long as the skirt is long enough.

All that being said, please feel free to email me with any sizing questions you may have. I'll be glad to whip out my tape measure and help you figure out what you need! Finally, you can always email me with custom size requests.

. Can I order a custom color or size?

Yes.

Simply email me with your item, color, and size request and I will get back to you within two days with the availability date. Our skirts and Chelle Cholis are made on site and can be custom made within two weeks. The Bra and Belt sets are made in Egypt and may take up to a month to have a custom order made and shipped to you.
